Design Service
Baxter Construction offers drafting and design services to area builders and homeowners. A full set of working drawings typically includes: foundation and floor plans, exterior elevations, a building section, and a site plan. Interior elevations and 3D drawings are available.
Home plans can be drawn from your sketches, or we can sit down and create a home using your ideas and needs. After a preliminary floor plan has been reviewed and red-lined, a second round with exterior elevations will follow. From there, it can be expected to go through a few more changes before a final plan can be reached.
